2. Data security

All data transmissions from the www.rondo-rohr.ch website are encrypted using SSL (https) in accordance with the current state of the art. This applies both to the consultation of pages and to the transmission of form data.

3. Data collected

The data listed below is collected on the www.rondo-rohr.ch website. In the following descriptions, we explain the details of the data collected and how it is processed.

a) data entry via the contact form
b) data entry via the reservation booking form
c) automatic entry of technical data

a) Entering data via the contact form

Only data that is necessary to process the contact is collected via the contact form. The data is treated as strictly confidential and only by the management of Rondo-Rohr. The data will not be passed on to third parties. There will also be no personal evaluations.

The following data is collected for processing the contact: title, first name, last name, street and house number, postcode and town, e-mail address, subject, message in free text. Optional data: Telephone, mobile.

b) Entering data on the booking request form

Only data required to process the reservation request and, if necessary, to be able to issue a subsequent rental contract for the desired rental period is collected via the reservation request form. The data will be treated as strictly confidential and only by the management of Rondo-Rohr. The data will not be passed on to third parties. There will also be no personal evaluations.

The following data is collected for a reservation request: Purpose of the reservation, type of event, number of persons, desired reservation date and times, desired catering or not, title, first name, last name, address and house number, postcode and town, e-mail address. Optional data: Telephone, mobile, message in free text.

c) Automatic capture of technical data

The system of the web operator (web host) records technical data and stores it in log files. This data is collected automatically and is used exclusively to monitor the technical functionality and availability of the www.rondo-rohr.ch website.

The following technical data is collected:

  • – type/version of browser used (Internet Explorer)
  • – operating system used
  • – referrer URL (the previously visited website)
  • – host name and IP address of the visitor’s computer
  • – date and time of access (server request)
  • – name of pages and files consulted
  • – quantity of data transmitted
  • – notification of successful consultation

The technical data collected cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is evaluated statistically and anonymously by the host, insofar as this is required by technical monitoring or legal provisions. Once the legal obligation to store data has expired, it is automatically deleted. This data is treated as strictly confidential, is not passed on and is not accessible to third parties.

4. Cookies and analysis services

The www.rondo-rohr.ch website does not use cookies or analysis services. There are therefore no statistical statements or analyses relating to users or individuals that could evaluate or influence user behaviour.

5. Use of Google Maps

The website www.rondo-rohr.ch uses Google Maps exclusively in the interest of making the BnB “le petit paradis” easy to find. 6. Information, correction, blocking or deletion of data

Users of our website have the right to request information about their personal data free of charge. Likewise, the user can inform us of corrections to his or her data, as well as request its blocking or deletion. Provided that “Rondo-Rohr” is not obliged by law to retain the data for a longer period or unchanged, the processing requests will be implemented in full.

The processing requests for the data areas a) and b) concerning the personal data are to be addressed to the responsible persons named under point 1.

7. Amendment of the data protection declartion and subervisory authority

This data protection declaration may be amended at any time in accordance with legal requirements.
